Welcome All. On this day of January 20th, 2008, it has great significance to past, present and future days ahead. Historically it is a day of change, new ideas dreamt and instituted. It is the "IN" with a new President and "OUT" with an old. A chance for all of us citizens to wish hope and experience a better life in this region and in this part of the world, called AMERICA!

"PROCLAMATION" To all us citizenry, country men, women and children of this great nation whom where given this wonderful gift of great life and freedom, I implore all of you to maintain this gift as well as further it, embellish it, enrich it, procure it, enhance it and above all else, never forsake it, yet only to protect and preserve it. "IT" is freedom. "IT"is democracy. "IT" is your rights. "IT" is your liberty. "IT" is your choice. "IT" is your responsibility. "IT" is your heritage.  "IT" is your fruition. "IT" is your happiness. "IT"is your peace. "IT" is your life.

Democracy and Freedom go hand in hand. Hence "The Constitution of The United States," "The Bill of Rights," and "The Declaration of Independence," all other future doctrines and laws should be looked at carefully, considerably and cautiously, for we are presently eroding are freedom! Democracy is not capitalism. Never confuse the two. We as a people have. This is our downfall, pivoting point, not our strength but may very well be our demise, in regard to Democracy. Our society should not be about have's and have not's. Our society should not be poor. Our society should not have so many incarcerated. Our society should be looking out for and protecting all. Our society should be of the best and brightest (by all standards). Our society should be well feed (moderately) healthy and well. Our society should be caring and welcoming. Our society should be taking care of all it's citizenry before helping and aiding others (worldly). Our society should not have so many rules, worse yet "LAWS" that impede on our very own Democracy and worse yet our "LIFE," "LIBERTY," and our "PURSUIT," of "HAPPINESS." Capitalism needs to be rethought. It has divided this nation and world so. It seems to breed greed, selfishness, arrogance, stupidity, corruption at all levels of life and threatens the very fabric of our Democracy. We need to address this and rebuild and redesign our way of conducting and doing business. An American dollar should always be an American dollar, no more no less! Interest rates, dividends, stocks, bonds, savings accounts, maturities, futures, commodities should all be examined rethought and retooled for the betterment of our society, fair and equal democracy. Capitalism needs revamping or extinction. It is the demise of America and appalling unto myself. New ideas of trade, exchange, value (if a dollar, always a dollar,) barter, borrowing, lending, owning (and or ownership,) sharing, selling, buying, common (and or communal,) social (that of which is shared by all paid by all for all to use) and above all else fair practice of obtaining goods and services at fair equitable balanced rates for all at all levels. (more on that later).

Branches of Government need immediate attention and house cleaning! No man or woman who represents us be it a police officer, judge congressman, senator, president or supreme court justice has the right nor the power to impede on it's citizenry nor break the laws of it's own government that it represents. All offenders (AND I MEAN ALL) should be tried for "TREASON" of this Great Democracy, held accountable and punished in accordance to the "Laws" of this land. No exceptions. Fair and just is fair and just. Democracy for all not for the rich, powerful and few!

Less Laws. Democracy provides for Freedom. Less Laws provides for More Freedom. I agree that all people need some rules and laws for a sense of order and practical ability. But not to turn an entire free nation into a business of collection fees, fines, incarceration and eminent domain. A nation of too many rules and regulations. A nation of too many gated and private communities. A nation with way to many police, attorneys, lawyers, judges, jails, prisons, government buildings collecting fees, for licenses, permits, taxes!!! Ask yourself where is the real "freedom" and the real "democracy" or are we all just internal prisoners to this out of control "Capitalistic Machine"? Where is your "True America"? Where did it go and how do you get it back? Well, it never left you for it is beneath your feet. It never faded away or forgot about you, you just stopped thinking about it. America, Freedom and Democracy is what all of us wish to make of it. Yet it is up to every single citizen to practice, defend, speak out for and protect this very precious gift we call "Freedom" thru Democracy.

Universal Law needs to supersede Man Made Law. By that I mean we need to pay more to the scientific and practical ways of the universe (i.e. gravity it is what it is, can't change it here). This approach to our modern day society may be a better solution than this constant attempt to change our existing constitution. Hence "The Constitution" "The Declaration" and "The Bill of Rights", like gravity it is what it is, can't change it! (pause) Richard A. Morris
